Earthships in NM - Earthship Biotecture, based in Taos, NM, USA creates amazing EarthShips - housing made from readily obtainable materials including recycled items such as car tires. Earthship houses utilize passive solar heating and cooling, photovoltaic power systems, rainwater catchment, solar hot water, gray water and black water treatment systems.
